Scope, Sessions and Limits

Included

Light to moderate cleaning of halls, stairs, landings, drawing rooms, studies, guest rooms and service corridors.
Edge-first dusting, careful wiping and soft-tool vacuuming; window boards, skirtings, railings and thresholds included.
Simple aftercare notes where helpful for ongoing upkeep.

Optional add-ons (by arrangement)

Chandeliers and lanterns where access is safe and equipment is available on site.
Curtain, pole and picture-frame dusting; pantry and scullery resets.
Outbuildings and attics after checks on lighting and ladder safety.

Planning and timings

Work is split into blocks that fit around household routines. Quiet tasks run while rooms are in use; noisier or ladder-based tasks move to free windows. You receive a short plan before the first visit and simple notes after each block.

Materials

Neutral and pH-appropriate cleaners, filtered water, microfibre and soft natural-bristle brushes. Strong agents are used only after a small test and agreement.

Access and preparation

Please let us know about alarms, parking, pets, rooms in use, fragile finishes and any limits for the day. If small items must be moved for reach, a quick photo record helps return them accurately.

Exclusions

Structural repairs, conservation treatments and specialist restoration.
Exterior works at height or activities requiring trade certification.
Waste removal beyond light bagging for on-site bins.

Changes and cancellations

Plans can be adjusted with notice. If access becomes unsafe or unavailable, remaining blocks may be paused and rescheduled.
