Retention

Enquiry records: up to 24 months. Booking and work notes: up to 6 years for operations and record keeping. Media taken to evidence completed tasks is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable) and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, it may be withdrawn at any time.
